Damaged Item

We’ll create a replacement order with the original shipping speed.

Simply send us three photos of the damaged product from different angles to speed up processing.

Incorrect Item

“Incorrect” means you received a completely different product than shown online.

Will be replaced: You ordered a dress but got shoes; you ordered lipstick but received mascara.

Will NOT be replaced: An item doesn’t meet your expectations (e.g., a “weighted” plush isn’t heavy; you ordered size L but feel it’s too small).
