Order Processing Time
Your order will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days from the date of your order. If your order ships earlier, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number sent to the email address provided during checkout.
If you do not receive your tracking number by the 5th business day, please check your Junk/Spam folders. If you still cannot find the email, please reach out to us via our Contact Form so we can assist you.
If Your Order Has Not Shipped After 5 Business Days
If your order has not shipped by the 6th business day, please be assured that our dedicated team is aware of the delay and has escalated the issue to our Fulfillment Team. We kindly ask for an additional 3 business days to provide you with your tracking number.
Delivery Estimates
For domestic orders, delivery typically takes between 7 to 20 business days, while international orders may take 10 to 25 business days.
Reasons for Tracking Information Delays
- The first scan of your package may occur upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination, especially during periods of high shipping volume.
- The initial scan may not occur until the package is delivered.
- There may be delays in updating the tracking database.
- Some shipments, particularly Standard International shipments, may not be trackable. However, rest assured that your package should arrive by the 20th or 25th business day.
If 20 or 25 Business Days Have Passed
If 20 business days have passed for U.S. orders or 25 business days for international orders without any updates to your tracking information, please allow an additional 5 business days for delivery. Typically, packages arrive shortly after the 20th or 25th business day.
If 30 or 35 Business Days Have Passed
As a small business, we understand the importance of timely deliveries and the concerns that delays can cause. Our dedicated team is closely monitoring these situations and has escalated any issues to our Fulfillment Manager. We kindly ask for your patience as we investigate, and we will reach out via email within 2 to 5 business days.
How Shipping and Delivery Dates Are Calculated
We estimate delivery dates by adding transit time to the estimated shipping date. Transit time is based on your selected shipping speed and is calculated using business days, excluding weekends and holidays unless a weekend delivery option is available at checkout.
For certain delivery dates, we may provide an "order within" countdown timer, indicating the timeframe in which you must place your order to receive it by the specified date. Please note that this date may change before you complete your order. Your order confirmation email will include the confirmed delivery date.
Free Shipping
For orders eligible for free shipping, delivery will occur within 7 to 25 business days. We process and ship your order in the most cost-effective manner to offer free shipping. If your items have not yet shipped, please rest assured that we are working to ensure they arrive within the specified timeframe.
Expedited Shipping
We rarely offer expedited shipping to keep our prices affordable. If available on the Shipping/Checkout page, expedited delivery is typically within:
- 7 to 15 business days for U.S. orders
- 10 to 20 business days for international orders
